Dana David

Dana comes to Onvero with a background in learning and development, training design and delivery, communications, and employee engagement. She has worked across the private and third sectors in industries including hospitality, education, and social care.

Prior to joining Onvero, Dana worked as a Senior Learning and Development Adviser at Jewish Care, where she led the organisation’s diversity, equality, inclusion, and wellbeing strategy, supported the development of over 1,200 employees, and launched a new employee recognition programme. In her current role, Dana supports organisations in building more inclusive cultures through a range of tailored support, including consultancy, training, policy reviews, and strategic DEI projects.

Originally from Romania, Dana moved to Spain as a teenager before coming to the UK to complete an MSc in Tourism and Marketing. Passionate about social justice and inclusion, she values the diversity of perspectives and cultures that London offers.
