Job title: Associate Consultant

Yvonne has extensive experience in working with complex organisations to understand their barriers to inclusion. She understands how to advise and coach leaders on the practical changes needed to systems, processes, and behaviours to drive culture transformation.

Yvonne was a lead consultant on a research project for Arts Council England, and also designed a ‘Practical Guide to Cultural Change’ which is publicly available for all creative organisations to use. She led several complex projects for High Speed 2 Ltd, including consulting on inclusive station design, researching how vulnerable people access the network, and reviewing diversity performance across the whole HS2 supply chain.

Yvonne has expertly delivered workshops as part of the BBC’s diversity mentoring programme to address the chronic under-representation of global majority staff at senior grades. She also facilitates widely on diversity and inclusion across a broad range of subjects and serves as a coach to emerging leaders.

Yvonne has worked independently and collaboratively, as an associate with diversity consultancies for clients including Mercedes AMG Formula 1, The Economist Group, and Sky TV.

As the interim Director of Group Equality and Inclusion, Yvonne helped Transport for London achieve the Opportunity Now Gold standard for gender equality. For her efforts, she received the prestigious Women’s Transportation Award. She also increased TfL’s position from 59th to 6th in the Stonewall LGBT Workforce Equality Index and developed their first Disabled Independent Advisory Group, serving as a critical friend to the business.
