About Workplace Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
Workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) in Great Britain has the Equality Act 2010 as its legislative framework. This evolved from the human rights principles set out in 1948 by the United Nations in its Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) as a response to the atrocities of the Second World War.
Our Approach
We are a cause-focused, not-for-profit organisation and take a human rights approach to workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).

What our members say about working with us…
I have worked as the EDI lead for my organisation for approximately six months now. Prior to this, I had formed and been Chair for a race and ethnicity staff network here. It was through this network role that I first gained an awareness of Onvero and, in particular, some of the content and resources available when it came to marking Black History Month. As someone who was new to both the HR and EDI world, it was important for me to attempt to familiarise myself with as much content and information as possible in order to help me in my new role. Having access to the services provided by Onvero has been an immense help and support to me in my work. Whether through access to and availability of content such as webinars, articles, guides, and training packages, the annual TIDE report, or just being able to have a catch-up with our account manager, Dan, working with Onvero has been a most positive experience all ’round.
